Vadodara’s apartment market is broad. In the western suburbs — Gotri, Vasna-Bhayli and along Old Padra Road — you’ll find newer high-rise projects with clubhouses, gyms and covered parking. Central areas like Alkapuri, Akota and Subhanpura offer convenience and established neighbourhoods. In the north and east, Harni, Sama and Waghodia Road give more space for the money.
How to compare flats properly
Two flats at the same price can be very different value. When we share options we compare:
- Carpet area, not just the brochure’s super built-up figure
- Floor, facing and ventilation — corner units and higher floors often cost more for good reason
- Parking — covered, open or none, and whether it’s allotted
- Maintenance charges and what they actually cover
- Possession date and builder track record for under-construction projects
