Makarpura GIDC is one of Vadodara’s largest and longest-established industrial estates. Located in the south of the city, it combines industrial infrastructure with easy access to residential areas like Manjalpur and Tarsali, which helps businesses attract and retain a workforce.

The estate has a wide range of sheds and factory buildings, from small workshops to large units, along with warehouses and resale GIDC plots. Because it’s mature and busy, good units — especially those with high power load or crane provision — move quickly.
